Refund Policy

1. Deposits

Project deposits reserve development time and may be non-refundable once planning, design, or development work has started.

2. Refund eligibility

A refund may be considered if payment was made in error, duplicate payment was made, or work has not started and the client cancels in writing within 24 hours of payment.

3. Non-refundable work

Completed work, approved milestones, purchased third-party tools, domain names, hosting fees, templates, stock assets, and delivered digital files are not refundable.

4. Project cancellation

If a client cancels after work has started, any refund will be calculated after deducting the value of work completed, time spent, and third-party costs already incurred.

5. How to request a refund

Send your payment reference, project name, date of payment, and reason for the request to ezratechservice@gmail.com. Refund reviews may take up to 7 business days.

6. Payment provider timelines

Approved refunds may take additional time to appear depending on Paystack, banks, mobile money providers, or card networks.
