1. Services

Ezratech Digital Services provides software development, website development, web applications, payment-ready pages, software publishing support, and digital business services.

2. Quotes and project scope

Each project is based on an agreed scope, timeline, deliverables, and price. Changes outside the agreed scope may require extra cost and extra delivery time.

3. Payments

Clients may be required to pay a deposit before work begins. Payments may be made through a Paystack payment link, bank transfer, mobile money, or another approved method. Work may pause if payment is not received on time.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate content, brand assets, access details, feedback, and approvals on time. Delays in providing required information may affect delivery dates.

5. Delivery and revisions

Project delivery timelines depend on the package and agreed scope. Revisions are included only as stated in the project agreement or quote.

6. Intellectual property

After full payment, the client receives ownership of the final custom website or software deliverables created for the project, except for third-party tools, libraries, templates, fonts, or assets governed by their own licenses.

7. Limitation of liability

Ezratech Digital Services is not responsible for losses caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, payment providers, domain providers, client misuse, or incorrect information supplied by the client.
